ICF Kaiser Servicios Ambientales, S.A. de C.V. was created as a joint venture between ICF Kaiser International, a multinational engineering and consulting group and Asesoría Ecológica Internacional ("ASECI"), a Mexican environmental consulting firm in 1994.

As a result of the ICF Kaiser International financial and organizational modifications, several companies were sold and others as the Mexican office were separated.

The Mexican office became as an independent and a separated entity from the former ICF Kaiser International in 1999.
